We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive's working life and communication for a dynamic technology company based in Ingleburn.

Responsibilities

  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Assist in the preparation and checking of regularly scheduled financial or commercial documents & reports.
  • Update & maintain office policies, procedures and contact lists.
  • Assist in the preparation and publishing of media and online content
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Quality system operations & audit tasks
  • Order office supplies and equipment, researches new deals and suppliers.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Act as point of contact between the executives & internal/external clients
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistance or office Management

Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable min 40WPM touch typing skill.

Excellent time management stills & ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Up to date with IT & electronic communications platforms
