About the Role
  
Our client is seeking a professional receptionist who will be primarily responsible for providing a quality service and maximizing client retention & referral. They will ensure the smooth interaction of clients over the telephone and in person. They will manage the office space and supplies and adhere to general administration duties as requested by the team.
  
Key responsibilities will include:  
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • General administration duties, including, photocopying, mail, faxing, scanning and binding
  • Diary management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences for team members, clients, and third parties 
  • Administrative support to Advisers, Para-planners and Client Service team. 
  • Data entry 
  • File management - ensure filing is kept up to date
  • Purchasing office, stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Facilities administration for the office
  • Client and supplier communications verbal and written 
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, in particular word and outlook 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • The ability to use own initiative along with good listening skills
  • Professional, friendly, polite and well mannered. 
  • Driven and self-motivated. 
  • A helpful and supportive approach to all clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation
