About the Role:

Our client is seeking a sales administrator to join their team. The primary purpose of the role is to being the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries, as well as the preparation of sales agreements on behalf of the Sales Team.  Available as a full time or part time role for someone wanting to work around school hours.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • To identify customer needs and support lead sales agents throughout the sales process
  • Maintain effective personal relationships with clients 
  • Be willing to identify, prospect and qualify potential clients
  • Maintain up to date sales collateral
  • Provide timely and efficient administration support to lead sales agents
  • Providing support to the wider team 
  • Working closely with real estate representatives  
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong verbal communication skills 
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Experience with a variety of in-house systems and CRM
  • Background in Real Estate highly regarded but not essential
  • Exceptional administrative and customer service skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Experience using Zoho highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
