The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Contracts Administrator who is immediately available and want to expand their skills within a dynamic working environment. This is only a 2 Month Contract with strong views to permanency for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. This organisation will equip you with all the skills and resources to be successful in this fast-paced.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage contracts and follow up on corporate vehicle leases as well as adjust contracts and investigate on cost issues
  • Assist the Accounting team with resolving any outstanding salary deductions e.g. missing salary allocations, incorrect funds received
  • Assist with general administration duties including invoicing, raising of purchase orders, reporting and budgeting
  • Liaise with the Claims department to address expense claims, account balances and approve expense claims


Experience and Skills Required

  • Previous experience in Administration or Junior Accounting desired
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding time-management and organisational skills with MS Office experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, able to work autonomously and in a team with a proactive approach.
