SNL Building Constructions P/L is a well-established local builder, located at Cardiff.
SNL is Newcastle's leading builder of Multi Unit Medium Density Developments and we looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Clerk (fulltime) to join our team.
Your duties will include:
- Reception duties, meet and greet clients
- Daily use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizing the incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Answering and directing email correspondence
- Ensuring the reception is kept tidy at all times
- Carry out Banking
- Maintain/Order Stationery/Office supplies & resources
- Processing of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Functions
- Provide assistance to other team members in a support role
- Undertake other administrative duties as trained and directed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ Administration/Accounts experience
- MYOB & Constructor software experience highly regarded
- Experience in the Building & Construction Industry
- A team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Good communication and presentation skills – both written & verbal
- Self-confident & able to work with a variety of people
- IT competent – especially in MS Suite (Excel/Word)
- Current NSW drivers licence
