Based in our corporate offices in Lane Cove Business Park

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing quotes for the Occupational Therapy (OT) department
  • Processing & monitoring OT equipment trials
  • Point of Contact for the OT's
  • Processing sales and hires
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all ILS customers
  • Assistance to coordinate trade shows and events
  • AdHoc duties such as assisting with product setup on a client by client basis, attending trade Shows & events and assisting the OT manager and OT's as required in the performance of their account management/OT role.
  • Personal assistant duties for the OT team

 Experience in the healthcare industry is not essential but is highly regarded
