Your new company
Our client, a leading distributor in the Liverpool region is looking for an experienced Customer Service officer to join their expanding team. This role is due to growth within the organisation and an addition to a well performing team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, ensuring all orders are entered correctly, respond to customer queries regarding products, ETAs, stock levels and logistics, monitor orders, problem solve claims or lost or rejected orders, liaise with other members in the team and all the administration throughout the process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role, including customer service, order entry, liaison with different departments, understanding of stock levels and logistics, and good systems experience. You will work well alone or in a team. Experience working with end users as well as retailers is highly regarded.
What you'll get in return
Hours for this position are 7:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, and 7am-1pm Fridays. You will be part of a supportive team who work well together. You will be working for a well established organisation who are constantly evolving and expanding. Salary is $55,000 plus super.
