About the business
Study & Play USA assist young Australian athletes obtain sporting scholarships to US Universities. We work closely with families to guide and facilitate this process.

About the role
Provide support and administrative assistance to the Study & Play USA team and clients including:
- Assisting with client progress and following up through established processes
- Administrative support to the team including but not limited to typing of letters, photocopying, data entry, filing of paper or electronic documents.
- Maintaining client database including additions, deletions and changes as needed
- Scheduling meetings with clients, prospects and others
- Quotation preparation
- Build a strong relationship with potential new clients and colleagues
- Updating templates within website
- Managing the Leaning Management System
- Creating, organising and managing all E-Blasts
- Attending lead generating events
- Gain a clear understanding of the business – service and products
- Communicate with clients, public and media outlets
- Provide administrative and marketing support as required
- Ability to travel domestically when required

Our location is 10 minutes north of the Brisbane CBD so it is central but offers free street parking.
