Your new company
This Government Department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administration support officer to provide the team with high level administrative assistance and support on a temporary basis for 3 months with possibility of extension.
Your new role
You will be providing a comprehensive range of administrative support activities for the Senior Coordination officer, Principal Coordinator and Director and the team. Your duties will include contributing to the preparation of responses to queries from the general public, community groups and peak organisations, collating information and reports, undertaking day to day office management and entering and tracking official departmental correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have had extensive administration experience and preferably experience in supporting a large team. You will have the ability to act with integrity, communicate effectively and solve problems. You will also be highly IT proficient.
