Our client is a large organisation seeking an energetic and highly organised APS3 Business Administrators. You will be responsible for ensuring the professional presentation and the effective and efficient running of all office administration requirements.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for participants within the office and provide high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointment processes.

Under limited direction responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team and assisting in all other areas as needed
  • Front reception support for the local office including participant enquiries and guidance in the self-help kiosks
  • Assist with research and reports as directed
  • Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work under limited direction to provide administrative support to the regional trial site team
  • Management of email and appointments
  • Managing internal databases and appropriate records in record management system
  • Assisting the team to develop and administer work improvements to procedures and practices to enhance workflow.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
  • Exercise sound judgement, a high degree of initiative and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters
  • Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions
  • Require high level of integrity, strong communication and organisational skills to manage competing priorities for the successful delivery of company objectives
  • Establish strong working relationships and deliver high standards of customer service, work collaboratively with others and build productive relationships to achieve results in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Have demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
