Our client a large premium management education facility is seeking a professional customer service / administration person to join their student services team In this role you will be the primary interface between the company and it's students both face to face, via email and on the telephone answering general enquiries made by the students. The position works in close consultation with the Program Managers and Program Co-ordinators and is responsible for ensuring that high quality administrative and support service is provided to current students in relation to enrolments, course planning, administration and communication of policies and procedures as well as events. In order to apply for this role you will need a background in a fast paced busy customer service / admin environment preferably within the services industries for eg banking / finance. Any exposure to education or professional development would be an advantage. You will also need a high level of computer literacy with MS Word & Excel as well as internet and databases. In addition you will need to be client focused, outgoing and friendly with a willing attitude along with the capacity to multitask with strong attention to detail. If you can think on your feet and use your initiative then this is the role for you.
