ROLE: Accounts Administrator
REPORTING TO: Financial Controller & Directors
SALARY BASIC: Attractive salary plus Super
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of MYOB
- Basic PC skills: email, internet, Word, Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Time management skills and prioritising essential
- Positive attitude and able to deal with one-off tasks
- Self-motivated, trustworthy & comfortable working within a team.
- Ability to work with little supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This job requires the candidate to run the day-to-day activities of the Victorian office.
The main tasks are:
- Collecting and distributing the Post.
- Answering the phones.
- Data entry: Purchase register and expenses.
- Responsible for the Purchase regsiter Process: from ensuring all invoices are correct against Purchase Orders, chasing missing invoices, processing the payments.
- Responsible for the Sales register process: From issuing invoices to chasing overdue invoices.
- General administrator responsibilities including; filing and server backup
- Order and maintaining office supplies for all staff and general office use
- Responsible for entering into the system personal and business incurred expenses, including Credit Card statements against total payment.
- Assisting on the month-end process: Providing information to queries related to any of the above areas.
- Ensuring all confidential documents and agreements remain in commercial confidence.
- Assisting when directed for Managing Director's specific requests.
- Management of Telstra account nationally including set up and issuing of phones and tablets to new staff.
- Responsible for admin on vehicles nationally
