We are looking for an experienced organization support person to join our small team.
You will wear many hats, supporting a variety of aspects of the business.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Administration: support and coordinate customer service, fulfilment and back office operations. Act as a liaison between these teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supply chain: responsible for forecasting, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating with key suppliers.
- Light bookkeeping: Review and save invoices, manage accounts payable and respond to queries.
- Support: support management with a variety of duties including clerical support.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
