About the Role
  
Supporting a busy team of recruitment consultants, you will be responsible for:
  • Communicating between Medical administration and Healthcare staff to coordinate document compliance
  • Coordinate supporting documents to ensure they are correct and complete
  • Arranging travel and accommodation to and from work locations for temporary healthcare staff
  • Maintaining database information accurately
  • Understanding and providing regulatory advice to clients and candidates regarding registration and credentialing processes
  • Providing general office support
Full training will be provided from experienced compliance consultants who are experts in their field.
  
Skills & Experience
  
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will:
  • Be passionate about providing a high level of customer service
  • Have an inquisitive mind, leaving no stone unturned
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask and juggle different priorities
  • Positively contribute to the team and overall organisational dynamics and culture
  • Have strong computer skills
Previous experience in a high volume administration/coordination/customer service role is essential. Experience and exposure in recruitment, specifically within the medical/healthcare market will definitely grab our attention. Previous medical experience will also prove beneficial.
