High level, experienced, confident multi-tasker to provide administration support to the accounting firm in an innovative education company.
This dynamic, rapidly expanding accounting practice based in Parramatta is part of a group providing results-based education through workshops and legal and financial services.
You will:

The Role includes:
Accounts Receivable management
Creating and maintaining supporting documentation, systems and processes
Provide input and assistance with the implementation of automation to enable the ability to scale and grow the business quickly and efficiently
Analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into meaningful information that can be used to measure team performance, customer satisfaction and additional available valuable understandings.
Generation of appropriate stats for regular reporting
Create presentations as required to showcase milestones, objectives, achievements and statistical reporting at regular meetings and as required
Word processing and spreadsheet creation and maintenance as required
Client follow up to help progress through various stages of the onboarding and maintenance process
Assist with the execution of events including attendance and participation to facilitate client interaction and support
Creation and distribution of regular client newsletter
