Locally based, our client is an industry leading company who operate throughout Queensland. Based in the Southside inner Suburb of Cannon Hill, our client maintains their reputation by providing an efficient and professional service to their clients.
Your new role
Due to continual growth within the company, our client is in need of Service Administrator to join their easy going and energetic team to start ASAP. Duties will include;
- Registering new customer accounts
- High volume processing of documentation
- Invoicing
- Scheduling technicians
- Operational reporting
- High volume Data Entry
What you'll need to succeed
- Your previous experience within Service Administration will be well received
- Previous experience using SimPro and Sales Force databases will be highly desired
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to hit strict deadlines
