nuevue is looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and passionate candidate to join our close knit team to manage our office and handle day to day operations efficiently and effectively.

THE nuevue ROLE

As the nuevue Office Admin manager you will be required to do the following tasks:

  • Answer and respond to phone and email enquiries from clients and suppliers.
  • Book appointments for consultation/measure and quotes, site meetings, installations and service calls.
  • Manage consultant and installer schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise. 
  • Maintain and develop organisational procedures and systems including filing, billing, accounts and scheduling.
  • Manage current projects through updating production schedule, checking orders, obtaining supplier eta’s.
  • Book couriers, record and communicate all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Convert verbal and written descriptions to create and send quotations and invoices.
  • Actively follow up and obtain feedback on current enquiries, recent quotations and maintain low outstanding accounts from clients.
  • Accounts receivable; Process client deposits and invoice payments.
  • Accounts payable; Enter detailed supplier invoices and cross check to projects.
  • Reconcile deposit and debit account transactions.
  • Update supplier details, pricelists and information using google drive.
  • Order office and factory supplies and equipment as required.
  • Be an active member of the team and contribute to team meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organised showroom, office and factory space.

nuevue SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, phone and email manner.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to actively communicate, problem solve and action appropriately.
  • Confidence in using Mac computer operating systems.
  • Familiarity with the Sydney area.

FAVORABLE nuevue SKILLS

  • Interest in the window and soft furnishing industry
  • Previous experience using Xero accounting software.
  • Previous experience using Wix website and newsletter system.
  • Previous experience using Houzz media platform and google drive.

Preferred start date: Wednesday 1st August
