The Role

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this permanent opportunity as an Administration Coordinator will have some of the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key internal and external key stakeholders
  • Speaking with clients daily
  • Collating and distributing reports
  • Data Entry
  • Managing office supplies and meeting rooms
  • Ensuring kitchen is fully stocked and kept clean
  • General administration support for Senior Management Team
  • Organising social calendar for the office
  • Facilities Management
  • General Administration

Your Profile

You will have a naturally proactive and up-beat attitude with an ability to use your initiative daily. You will interact professionally with all levels of management and consistently deliver high levels of customer service both internally and externally. You will have exceptional organizational skills and have a natural willingness to assist others. You will have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
