A growing and innovative Specialist Electrical Company is looking for a motivated office administrator to support its staff and executives.
Performing a combination of duties including reception and general administration duties, you will need to have excellent Microsoft Office and MYOB knowledge, strong time management, and organizational skills.
Individuals with a willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task will enjoy this opportunity to provide support to a friendly and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Answer and direct phone enquiries.
- Process approved supplier invoices.
- Manage debtors and creditors including the processing into MYOB.
- Make monthly debtors invoices.
- Process all other company payments including Insurance, power and phone.
- Process monthly and annual accounts including profit and loss reports.
- Process quarterly BAS statements.
- Liaise with Insurance broker regarding workers comp, business and MV insurance claims.
- Update monthly project claim sheets.
- Maintain employee records
- Maintain and create safety plans
