A growing and innovative Specialist Electrical Company is looking for a motivated office administrator to support its staff and executives.


Performing a combination of duties including reception and general administration duties, you will need to have excellent Microsoft Office and MYOB knowledge, strong time management, and organizational skills.

Individuals with a willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task will enjoy this opportunity to provide support to a friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and direct phone enquiries.
  • Process approved supplier invoices.
  • Manage debtors and creditors including the processing into MYOB.
  • Make monthly debtors invoices.
  • Process all other company payments including Insurance, power and phone.
  • Process monthly and annual accounts including profit and loss reports.
  • Process quarterly BAS statements.
  • Liaise with Insurance broker regarding workers comp, business and MV insurance claims.
  • Update monthly project claim sheets.
  • Maintain employee records 
  • Maintain and create safety plans
