Mainlinen is a bedding importer, wholesaler and manufacturer of a broad range of hospitality and home related linen products. Servicing both hotel and home markets via online and our warehouse outlet, Australia wide. 
We seek an enthusiastic team member to join us in presenting our ever-expanding product range to our diverse national customer base. 

As Sales Administration, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

*Answering incoming customer calls & emails with queries about our products, orders and deliveries.
*Preparation of quotes and purchase orders for wholesale & retail customers using our accounting system MYOB.
*Greeting and serving in store customers
*Outgoing calls to prospective customers.
*Website management (online shopping cart).
*Maintaining database.
*Assist with the creation of promotional email outs.
*Bank reconciliation and General office admin.

The successful person must be capable of demonstrating and implementing the following skills:
*Minimum 2 years office experienced.
*MYOB, Microsoft (word, outlook and excel) experience essential within the last 2 years.
*Self-motivated, flexible, as this position has no boundaries.
*Work independently and as part of a small team.
*Reliable, with a strong attention to detail and capable of multitasking.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
*Recognise new opportunities, investigate and bring to fruition where suitable.
