The Role

This valued client are currently recruiting for a Business Trainee to join their busy team in North Sydney. You will be working full time, whilst completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Key duties will include;

  • Greet walk in clients as well as answer and direct telephone enquiries
  • Assist in maintaining files and databases
  • Take minutes at meetings
  • Being involved in the preparation and planning of regular industry events
  • Assist with preparation and hosting of meetings and conferences
  • Assist the GM with weekly expense reports.

What you'll need

Our ideal candidate will have the following;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and committed to a 12 month Traineeship
  • Strong organisational skills as well as good time management
  • Excellent computer ability
  • Honest and quick learner
  • Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable
  • As this is an entry level role qualification higher than a Cert II may not be considered.
  • Must be a Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
