Based in Castle Hill, the successful person will be working in the Smartek compliance management team, dealing with our clients and auditing documentation presented by them. The ideal person will have a background in customer service and WHS or Risk. The hours of work may vary, but our business will be open between 8am and 8pm.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
Extensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation
Previous experience in applying principles of WHS
Previous experience in providing quality customer service
High level communications skills in clear English, both written and verbal
Previous experience providing customer service to clients
Computer Literate
