ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a critical role within our warehouse team responsible for the coordination and administration of our warehousing team. Duties will include:
- Purchase order entry/receivals
- Processing customer Invoices
- Data Entry
- Record Keeping
- Logistics organisation
- Produce labels and other documentation for daily dispatch of orders
- Processing documents
- Customer correspondence
- Productivity reporting
- General warehouse administration
This position will be based out of our current warehouse in Seven Hills.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail along with solid computer skills in MS Office applications.
Previous experience with Cleartile, Micronet, Datapel or similar stock control software a distinct advantage and a history in the tile, carpet, flooring industry or similar where batch/shade control is critical will be favourable.
