My Client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a key player in the automotive manufacturing industry. The successful candidate would be assisting the sales team and Account Managers in an administrative capacity. 

Important - this is NOT a sales role 

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high level of support to the sales team and develop mutually beneficial relationships with their customer base. The role is immediately available and can begin as a temp-perm if the ideal candidate is available to start ASAP. 

The Role: 

  • Preparation of, and providing Operating Lease, Finance Lease and term purchase quotes and subsequent orders/contracts at the request of client, Relationship Manager or Sales Manager according to agreed timeframes with customers
  • Data entry 
  • Follow up on all quotations provided to customers weekly to understand competitiveness and provide feedback to Relationship Manager and Sales Manager via lost business report at month end
  • Invoicing
  • Provide sales support to the Sales team, including but not limited to:
    • Tender responses and proposals
    • Client relationship initiatives
    • Marketing activities
    • Formatting and packaging of customer reviews
  • Comply and enforce company policy and procedures
  • Accounts Receivable functions
  • Following up on outstanding debts not paid on time.
  • Ensuring all legal documentation is compliant
  • Respond and follow up on customer enquiries 
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with all stakeholders
  • Identification of new business opportunities and reporting to Sales manager

The ideal Candidate:

  • Clear communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and bubbly personality will work well in this team 
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft office package
  • Will possess a high attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under little supervision
  • Experience working in a sales team preferable
  • Solid administrative skills
