We are looking for someone to take ownership of all administration functions within our bisiness to give the managers the time to continue to grow the business. 

The succesful applicant will be responsible for

  • Job Registration
  • Creating a filing system
  • Sourcing quotations
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Arranging sub contractors to perform works 
  • Arranging deliveries of materials 
  • Dealing with clients 
  • Accounts payable functions
  • Accounts recievable functions
  • Typing and sending reports 
  • Preparing client invoices 
  • Reconciling accounts 

You will be given autonomy to prioritze your workload efficiently and create systems and processes that works for you.

We have our own software so you will be encouraged to deal with our software developers to enhance the software and make your role easier.
