About the role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Administrative assistant to join the team in our Melbourne CBD office, on a permanent full-time basis.
You will provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales, Finance & Customer Care departments.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Manage and update office documentation and real estate sales contracts
- Ensure all customer records are up to date in the system
- Liaise with local & International customers
- Assist management with administration duties and tasks as required
- All further administrative duties including preparation of documents, filing, scanning and other ad-hoc duties

Skills and experience
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within financial services
- Practical knowledge and experience in MS Word and Excel is essential
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Experience within an administration support role
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
- The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving
