With over 40 years in business, Global Industrial has developed a strong client base across many industry sectors in Australia with offices located in WA, VIC and QLD. We specialise in wholesaling and retailing commercial and industrial equipment and provide storage solutions to every sector of the market place.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to adapt and develop in a busy role at our new Archerfield office.

                                                        

Some of your varied duties may include:

  • General sales administration duties including basic quotes and liaising with sales people on advanced quotes
  • Assisting with customer queries via email, phone call and in-branch
  • Arranging transport and distribution nationally
  • Liaising with other branches to fulfil interstate orders
  • Assisting with general reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting customers
  • Assisting interstate accounts departments where required
  • Developing a role for yourself beyond this initial start point as all of our team members have done nationally, in line with your own personal skill set.

  • Have a current driver’s license with own reliable transport
  • Be comfortable working within a diverse team and help out with work overflow as required.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months+ experience in a sales administration role

 

Desirable qualities we would like to see in you

  • Experience with MYOB
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • A willingness to learn as our product range is diverse and ever-changing
