About the role:

We are looking for a professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with people at all levels to join our Bluff QLD team. This position is a Permanent Part time which will see you working 24 hrs over a 3 day period per week.

  • Providing confidential administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operational performance 
  • Meeting coordination including preparation of documents and minute taking where required
  • Monitoring and ordering of supplies including, PPE, safety equipment and services
  • Co-ordinating, collating and distributing reports
  • Budget and cost management assistance
  • General administrative duties as required including filing, data entry and handling of requests from staff/customers. 
  • Extensive use of Excel - producing spreadsheets, pivot tables etc

About you:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (SAP experience well regarded)
  • Substantial level of interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills
  • Proven experience providing support to management, including organisational and administrative skills to enable the completion of tight schedules under limited supervision
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to have a solutions-orientated approach, thinking out of the box on problem solving without instruction
  • Resilient, professional and have integrity to manage highly confidential material
