Our client is currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist and Administrator for an established company based in the Adelaide CBD. This is a highly reputable organisation listed on the ASX which is continually expanding and is offering job security and longevity in the business. Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on providing an exceptional first impression for the business in the areas of Reception and Administrative support under the direction of the Office Manager. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administration support tasks such as responding to client requests
  • Accurately filing and tracking documents and typing correspondence
  • Reception duties such as greeting and meeting clients
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ensure visitors register
  • Collecting morning mail/papers
  • Maintain reception manual regularly
  • Provide internal staff with administrative support
  • Undertake reconciliation if invoices
  • Office maintenance
  • Data entry
  • Diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements

Key requirements:

  • Mature outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have Administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good personal presentation
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proactive approach
  • High level of initiative
  • Available immediately
