It's all about you...
A fabulous and rare opportunity for an experienced Front Desk Career Legal Receptionist to add their poise, polish and professionalism to this specialist law firm located in the heart of Melbourne CBD.  
 
Working on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, you will be be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.

Apart from "meeting and greeting" clients, some of your other duties will include:

• Answering and screening calls and taking detailed messages
• Booking meeting rooms and boardrooms
• Liaising with the catering and waiting staff
• Maintaining the internal telephone directory
• Co-ordination of ordering stationery
• Administration duties

Skills and experience we'd love....
To secure this fantastic opportunity you will have:

• a minimum of 5 years' previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within a professional services (ideally a law firm)
• display a flexible team attitude
• have excellent inter-personal skills
• demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering quality customer service
