Your responsibilities for this role include:

• Email management
• Creating work requests into the system
• Updating and processing orders
• Providing day-to-day support to Operations Team
• Assisting Area Managers with job tasks
• Liaising with clients
• Data entry
• Organising inductions for new staff
• General administration tasks

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Ideally 1-2 years previous office experience
• Excellent communication and written skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team

This position is available for an immediate start on a temp to perm basis.  Full training will be provided.

A guide for the temporary rate for the position will be $25.50ph + Superannuation and the permanent salary would be up to $55,000 + Superannuation (negotiable based on experience).

Parking is available (or the offices are close to the train line).
