About Them:

ACRWORLD are delighted to have the opportunity to represent a multi-national Law firm who is seeking a switched on candidate to provide proactive and professional support to a 1 Partner, 1 Senior Associate and a Junior Lawyer. This is a great team who are bubbly and very engaging. This position is certainly a hands-on role which is intended to embrace a team-working approach, where you as the PA will be consistent with the increasingly competitive environment in which this successful firm operates. 

Your Day to Day:

No day will be the same, this role however is very client facing and needs a candidate who is professional and is great at building rapport. 
  • Diary & email management 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Client liaison 
  • PowerPoint presentations 
  • Event coordination 
  • Drafting correspondence 
  • Reporting 
  • Billing 
Skills & Experience
  • Highly organised but also flexible and able to deal with change
  • Experience in legal is essential. 
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently 
  • Able to take order and have a "can do" attitude
