- Senior Admistrator/Team Leader
Pengelly Trucks & Trailers currently has a vacancy for an experienced Senior Administrator/Team Leader (Full Time 8.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday) to join our office in Toowoomba.
- The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our current Admin Team to manage the day-to-day running of the office. Reporting directly to the Director and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for upholding our current relationships with our Customers, Creditors and Employees by meeting deadlines, performing and assisting the below tasks in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
- Day to day running of a small administrative team
- Processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable Invoices, Payments and Reporting in a timely process
- Processing of Weekly Payroll
- Preparation of BAS and liaising closely with our off site accountant
- Bank account reconciliation
- P&L Reporting and General ledger entries
- Truck sales administration
- Weekly and Month End Reporting
- Managing external and internal queries
- About You
- Solid Experience and understanding in a similar office manager role with a minimum 3 years’ experience
- An exceptional communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
- Experience and knowledge in the Heavy vehicle industry an advantage
