Our client is an award winning residential builder who specialises in the high end custom homes market in the South East QLD area from the Gold - Sunshine Coast. Due to some recent growth they now require an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team working out of their Gold Coast based head office 

You will be working in a small team and reporting to the Managing Director. Your day to day duties will include but not be limited too 
  • Processing & executing contracts under POA - corresponding with solicitors &  purchasers
  • Ensuring deadlines are met 
  • Communicating with solicitors on any purchaser requests or clarifications  on the projects 
  • Managing of a databases for all sales 
  • Compiling of sales contracts & disclosure documents, including plans, body  corporate levies & agreements. 
  • Co-ordination of purchaser pre-settlement inspections 
  • Management of building defects
  • Settlement cross checking of statements, ensuring all purchaser conditions are met & management of purchasers settlement dates 
  • Supply Property Occupations Form 6 agreements
  • Preparation of construction & settlement information updates to all purchasers
  • Assisting with marketing material & project launches.
  • Providing a high level of customer service 
The Contracts Administrator will have the following experience and skills : 
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working for a residential builder , real estate or developer in a Contracts Administration role. 
  • Good knowledge of residential housing contracts. 
  • Have high attention to detail and be able to multi task
  • Have enthusiasm for the residential and commercial building industry 
  • Great computer skills and be proficient in using Word and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
