We are seeking a service-focused, tech-savvy professional to ensure an enhanced customer service across all client-facing areas of our Adelaide office.

As a member of our small, but high performing Front of House Team, you will be immaculately presented and provide a mature, composed and professional service to both internal staff and our valued clients.

In this demanding but rewarding role, you will:

  • Meet, greet, and create a positive customer experience for clients, employees and visitors alike
  • Deliver a professional, corporate reception service to both internal and external clients
  • Maintain the immaculate presentation of the reception area, front of house and meeting room
  • Manage and maintain meeting room bookings and coordinate with room set ups, organise catering and functions
  • Field and forward all incoming phone calls, faxes, and general email enquiries
  • Act as an integral member of the Adelaide Facilities team to ensure flawless delivery of a complete and integrated Front of House offering
  • Personally provide knowledgeable AV support (video conference, Skype etc) to assist meeting hosts, as required
  • Coordinate pool car bookings, paperwork and keys. Manage pooled first aid kits for use in pool car and hire vehicles
  • Ensure security of the Office through diligent management of visitor access passes
  • General administration and finance related tasks in invoice coding, cost recoveries. Coordinate corporate photo sessions, all staff notices, new starter welcome
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering quality service within a continuous improvement environment
  • Take pride in ensuring our Front of House is maintained to the highest standard.
  • Provide support and assistance to the wider Corporate Facilities Team as and when required

To be successful in the role:

  • Min 2 years’ experience in a reception role
  • Comfortable and confident with technology, able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems
  • Professional presentation, friendly, calm with strong customer service focus and relationship building skills
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands and multi-task
  • Ability to adhere strictly to established processes with an extremely high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements and maintain a high level of ethical behaviour
  • Display excellent initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Reliable, consistent and dependable with a keen commitment to teamwork
  • Highly proficient English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a similar role, specifically looking after AV set up would be highly regarded
