We are on the hunt for a hardworking Receptionist to come on board permanently to support a well-known energy firm in the Sydney CBD. This is a great opportunity to further your administration skill set and gain experience in a fantastic company.
Being the face of business, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for staff members and clients by answering phones and replying to general enquiries
- Book in and maintain meeting rooms
- Help with the AV set up for the company board room including setting up conference calls
- General administration duties
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Sign in guests and issue security and visitor passes
- Maintain the ground level and its presentation
- Update the company database
- Liaise with the Office Manager and social committee for regular office wide events
To be successful in this role you will need to have a high attention to detail, be a great communicator, and be able to work efficiently on your own as well as part of a team. Presentation must be at a high standard and customer service skills are highly regarded as there will be a lot of top tier clients using the ground level at all times.
