About the role:

• You will be responsible for monitoring business processes and ensuring customer standards are met and achieved
• You will be working internally with stakeholders to drive quality and compliance processes are followed
• You will be monitoring and tracking risk and advising stakeholders of corrective measures and practices
• You will be required to run performance and audit reports and deliver the results back to stakeholders
• You will be required to manipulate, analyse and report data and results
• You will be undertaking quality assurance processes and checks

About you:

• You will have extensive interpersonal skills
• You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills (in particular Word, Outlook and Excel)
• You will be comfortable negotiating with external organisations as required
• You will extensive experience in working in either a compliance and quality environment, where you were required to analyse processes and results
• You will have strong problem solving abilities, and the mindset to just do it.
