Your new company:

You will join a leading national refrigerated transport provider nearby to Liverpool region in an office setting. The company is a well recognised iconic Australian brand name and market leader in their field. Your new team are highly skilled, high performing and engaged members. This team also presents levels of progression for those seeking extra duties or expansion of their roles down the track.

You will be responsible for a high level of administration and and customer service starting on a temporary basis with view for extensions and permanency for the right candidate Monday to Friday 4pm - 11pm

Your new role:

  • Receive & Dispatch Role
  • Updating orders in CAPcargo (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
  • Scanning documents
  • Raising Pallet dockets in 2IC
  • Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
  • Adhoc duties

Your profile:

  • Experience working in a administrative role with good stability
  • An understanding of logistics operations or a similar service-orientated business is mandatory
  • Flexible to work from 4pm
  • Highly people oriented with excellent listening skills
  • Sound attention to detail, along with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge including the full Microsoft Office suite
  • High level data entry skills
