The main key duties and responsibilities are :

  • Be the first professional point of contact for our clients and be the face of our organisation
  • Provide superior customer service for all incoming telephone enquiries
  •  Manage the telephone, answering services and email systems in and out of hours 
  •  Booking and Attending to meeting rooms, providing refreshments for attendees of meetings
  •  Mail facilitation and distribution 
  •  Provide a high level of administrative support and technical maintenance to all teams in company
  •  Banking , running errands 
  •  Filing, scanning, copying, binding, archiving 
  •  Maintain and provide house keeping to offices/meeting rooms when necessary 
  •  Manage diary for senior accountants
  •  Ordering  of necessary equipment and organisational consumables
  • Event management for Staff training and staff parties
  • Data entry and Document preparation
  • Invoicing accounts to clients
  • Liaising with A.T.O

You will need:

A high level of organisation and time management

A strong ability to be able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Confident and superior telephone manner 

A high level of computer literacy, such programs include : 

  • MYOB
  • Reckon & Xero
  • Microsoft Office Suite
