The main key duties and responsibilities are :
- Be the first professional point of contact for our clients and be the face of our organisation
- Provide superior customer service for all incoming telephone enquiries
- Manage the telephone, answering services and email systems in and out of hours
- Booking and Attending to meeting rooms, providing refreshments for attendees of meetings
- Mail facilitation and distribution
- Provide a high level of administrative support and technical maintenance to all teams in company
- Banking , running errands
- Filing, scanning, copying, binding, archiving
- Maintain and provide house keeping to offices/meeting rooms when necessary
- Manage diary for senior accountants
- Ordering of necessary equipment and organisational consumables
- Event management for Staff training and staff parties
- Data entry and Document preparation
- Invoicing accounts to clients
- Liaising with A.T.O
You will need:
A high level of organisation and time management
A strong ability to be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Confident and superior telephone manner
A high level of computer literacy, such programs include :
- MYOB
- Reckon & Xero
- Microsoft Office Suite
