We are urgently seeking a professional, proactive, down to earth Project Assistant to support a team of high performing professionals on a large, high profile project.
You will be working on setting up the project office whilst ensuring the other wide-ranging responsibilities of the role are also completed. No two days will be the same and there will be significant room for you to gain a great understanding of the ins and outs of the business and really make a difference.
Work in an incredible team of like minded professionals. This role will offer a great team culture, which enjoys being social yet hard working.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years project administration experience
- The ability to work well independently, and in collaboration with different teams
- A strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and balance competing responsibilities
- Reporting experience
- Minute taking experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and a good proficiency in Microsoft office.
