Conveniently located with stunning offices, they are seeking a superstar temporary HR Coordinator to join their dynamic and progressive team to start immediately for 3-4 weeks with the potential of extending. The Role

Working alongside the Head of People and Culture and HR Business Partner, this position is responsible for supporting the HR function in this medium-sized Sydney operation. You will be providing administrative support for all recruitment and HR until whilst they recruit the role permanently.

The Responsibilities

This HR Administration role is a varied and interesting position supporting the wider team in all HR functions including:
  • Recruitment duties such as writing adverts, screening candidates, reference checks and offer management
  • Onboarding new staff, arranging inductions and welcome packs
  • Preparation of employment contracts and salary increase and job title changes
  • Payroll admin support
  • Maintaining employee database
  • Work health and safety checks in the office
  • Assisting with workers compensation claims
  • Driving and supporting engagement initiatives with wider team and managers.
The Candidate

This will suit someone who is tech-savvy, enjoys working at a fast pace and has excellent interpersonal skills and can start immediately. You will be a quick learner who shows initiative and is solutions focused.  Working holiday visa holders welcome to apply!

The Requirements

• Prior experience working in a similar role
• HR Administration/ Coordination experience essential
• Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
• Adaptable and flexible working style.
