Reporting to the Vice President, this role is seen as pivotal in providing support to the Pipeline Consulting and Perth team in the day to day operations of the teams.

Responsible for the day to day administrative and operational tasks, this role will ensure that the business is able to meet the demanding and challenging requirements of this fast-paced consulting business.  We are growing as a company and we are looking for a pro-active and capable coordinator to grow with us.

The role requires a versatile individual than can juggle many responsibilities from general administration, proposals, commercial and financial duties.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Assistance with collation and review of legal contracts
  • Proposal writing and formatting
  • Support financial reviews
  • Calendar management for manager and team including prioritisation of activities
  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of monthly reports
  • Set up administration structures and processes for projects
  • Create & maintain project registers for archiving, equipment, travel and mobilisation
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Senior Project Members
  • Maintain accurate records and document control
  • Compiling reports and minutes of meetings
  • Accountable for purchase order creation, expenses and reconciliations

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in contracts, proposal writing and financial review
  • High level of understanding and competency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, focused on delivery for Ausenco and the client
  • Build successful and sustainable relationships
  • Ability to resolve problems, be persuasive, influence, embrace change
