2XM Finance have partnered with a global technology organisation in the recruitment of their new Administrator/HR Assistant on a PT basis, initially on a 12 month contract.
Over 5,000 firms across the globe, including 35 of the top 50 banks, rely on my client to process the daily transactions of more than 500 million banking customers.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Administrative duties
- Setting up new employees
- Induction and on-boarding new employees
- Managing reception
- Supplies maintenance
- Management of meeting room bookings
- Engage all internal and external stakeholders with building maintenance
- Ad hoc duties
In order to be considered you must have fantastic communication skills and proven experience with administration duties.
In return you will receive $35k - $45k + Super pro-rated for 3 days a week, ideally. The organisation is global and will open doors to networking and events.
