The Company
Community Services business with a solid reputation in the NFP sector is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their busy team in their Baulkham Hills office on a 3 month temporary basis commencing ASAP!
The Position
- Handle customer enquiries and direct call to the relevant contact
- Issue corporate cards to employees
- Record keeping and document control using the company’s in-house system
- Respond and action email enquiries
- Ordering office supplies e.g. stationary, equipment, uniforms etc.
- Data entry of invoices & matching invoices to service requests
- Other general administration duties as required
The Candidate
- Extensive Administration experience within a similar role performing the above mentioned duties
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and intermediate to advanced skills using all Microsoft Office programs
- Positive, professional and switched on
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently & in a team
