About the role
We are looking for an experienced customer service and data entry officer for a full time position that is available for immediate start. You will be fulfilling a vital and important role at Victor Footwear and will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing high volume customer orders
- Ensuring all data entered is accurate
- Responding to customer questions
- Answering email and phone calls in a timely manner
- General administration
The person
- Must have a professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Can work in a fast-paced role
- Has the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
