In this key client service support role within our Accountancy practise, we are seeking applications from experienced administration professionals with high attention to detail and great problem-solving skills for the role of Client Service Coordinator

The Role

Aligned to support the client servicing requirements of Account Managers within our Accounting practise, your role will act as the key day-to-day interface with customers, providing first-line support for general enquiries, and managing all administrative requirements. As Client Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Set-up and maintain online client files, input jobs, costings and resource plans
  • Support Account Management team and end client with reporting, workflow management, billing and correspondence with the ATO (Australian Taxation Office)
  • Field, manage and respond to all client enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to senior accounting team, including meeting coordination, diary management, proof-reading and preparing presentations
  • Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement in Client Service support processes and systems

What we are looking for:

  • Strong generalist administration / client service professional with intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ideally some exposure to CRM and / or Accounting Practice Management software
  • A self-starter who can use initiative to solve problems and find solutions
  • Highly organised individual with great attention to detail
  • A positive communicator with great customer service skills
