The Company
This is a multi-billion dollar blue-chip corporate with an impressive client portfolio and has long term contractual arrangements with multiple global companies and governments.
The Role
Sitting within a high performing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing office documentation including typing, formatting and database uploading
- Filing, scanning and archiving
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Providing admin support for the office
- Managing customers/clients records
The Candidate
The candidate will be versed in the below skills and meet the below specifications:
- Experience in an Administrative role
- Strong communications skills - both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask
