Our Client holds an enviable position in the Australian marketplace for being a dominant player within the Education arena. They are one of the leaders globally in their field of expertise.

About The Role...

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for complex diary management, domestic and international travel and meeting coordination including the preparation of all working papers; however this contemporary role also requires expertise to lead the delivery of key projects involving client liaison, tracking the project deliverables with guardianship of reporting updates.

A truely diverse role, fundamental in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders that will ideally suit someone with a tertiary qualification in business management and experience working within a PMO and or Transformation environment.

Key tasks:

  • Support the corporate travel process for the CEO and the Leadership Team while overseas
  • Maintain travel authority register on behalf of the organisation, liaising with Finance and Legal
  • Reconcile CEO’s credit card expenses and travel expenses
  • Undertake research and investigation on matters and projects on behalf of the CEO and Leadership Team
  • Assist the Leadership Team in the preparation and production of documents, presentations and reports as requested
  • Facilitate the approval of Leadership Team leave requests and leave plans in consultation with the CEO
  • Answer, screen calls and co-ordinate communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

About You...

To ensure your success, you will have extensive senior administration skills, display outstanding stakeholder management skills and an ability to forge strong relationships with key parties.

You will have a natural manner with people and the confidence to deal with sensitive issues professionally and diplomatically. Above all you will thrive in a fast paced team, uphold company values and enjoy working in a role where you can truly collaborate and take ownership.

In addition you will also have:

  • Well-developed administrative and organisational skills, including high attention to detail and ability to multi task, prioritise and take initiative
  • Ability to liaise at an executive level and work under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office and Google software to facilitate materials production and project management
  • The ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
