We have a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and switched on Office Operations Assistant to provide administrative support in a role that offers variety at our Port Melbourne office.

 

Duties include but not limited to:

 

  • Attend Customer requests
  • Coordination of contracts & jobs
  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain up to date registers and databases
  • General administrative duties and clerical suppport

 

To be successful for this role you must have:
