We have a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and switched on Office Operations Assistant to provide administrative support in a role that offers variety at our Port Melbourne office.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Attend Customer requests
- Coordination of contracts & jobs
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Maintain up to date registers and databases
- General administrative duties and clerical suppport
To be successful for this role you must have:
- Monday - Friday - Flexible Hours
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independantly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Computer literate
