Full Time Receptionist

Seeking an outstanding customer service officer with prior experience in customer service and administration

Currently seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, well presented and friendly to join a dynamic team. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls, establishing each customers query or request efficiently
  • Schedule customer bookings
  • Various data entry duties
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Complaint resolution
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail
